David Rennie is an independent consultant who has worked at strategic level in the public, third and independent sectors, mainly in social services and in education with the Scottish Qualifications Authority. David is a social worker registered with the Scottish Social Services Council; is professionally qualified in social work and community work; is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; and has a Master’s Degree by research on an investigation of learning needs in social services.
